Jonah is a story about a sour prophet on the run. It’s also a story about a large fish with an appetite for spiritual refugees. And, it’s the story of a rebellious city sprung into a revival of repentance. But, it’s first and foremost a story about God and His mission. He gets the first words, and He gets the last. He is the cause and the conclusion. To journey through the book of Jonah is to go on a long walk into the heart of God and His passion to make Himself known to all people.
Our goals for our church body through this series are to:
Grow in our love for God and his relentless pursuit of us through all things
Grow in our love for the city and belief in revival through the Spirit
Grow in our love for one-another. Able to spur each other on to hear God’s voice and calling and encourage each other to repent and believe the goodness of God.
Below are resources to foster growth at all areas. You can also watch all of the teachings on our YouTube channel.
